Each University System of Maryland (Â鶹ÊÓƵ) institution has a dedicated human resources office which provides comprehensive support and services for employment-related matters, including benefits,
compensation, employment verifications, leave, and training and development. The institutions' HR offices also administer the
Â鶹ÊÓƵ Personnel and Human Resources policies under the authority of their president as CEO, or their designee.
Please note that the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Office of Human Resources
does not does not have a role in providing HR support or interpreting policies for employees of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ's individual institutions.
