Regents' External Relations Committee to Meet September 13 at Â鶹ÊÓƵ Office
The External Relations Committee of the University System of Maryland (Â鶹ÊÓƵ)
Board of Regents will meet in public session on Friday, September 13 in the
Chancellor's Conference Room at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Office, 3300 Metzerott Road in Adelphi,
MD. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m.
The Committee will consider several agenda items:

Report on final results of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ's "Make a Lasting Impression"
capital campaign, by John K. Martin, vice chancellor for advancement in the Â鶹ÊÓƵ
Office and president of the University of Maryland Foundation, Inc.

Approval of fundraising goals for Fiscal Year 2003

Investment results from Fiscal Year 2002

Report on the Intellectual Property Legal Resource Center at the University of
Maryland School of Law, by Diane Hoffman, associate dean for faculty and
external affairs at the School of Law

Report on extramural funding for the Â鶹ÊÓƵ institutions, by Ruth Robertson,
associate vice chancellor for Academic Affairs at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Office
-
Introduction of the "Maintain the Momentum" campaign for continued
state support for the Â鶹ÊÓƵ institutions, by Â鶹ÊÓƵ Chancellor William E. Kirwan
